A self-confessed hopeless romantic, Normaan wrote From Telegram with Love as both a tribute to that vanishing world and a love letter to everyone who has ever waited — for a message, for a reunion, for the person they couldn’t stop thinking about.

My love for storytelling was born in the quietest of moments — watching my grandmother write letters.

As a child, i would sit and observe her, pen moving carefully across paper, sending pieces of herself to parents, siblings, and friends scattered across the world. No email. No phone call.
